Harshita Agrawal
Manager – Operations & Compliance
Ms. Harshita Agrawal is a qualified Company Secretary with over 2.5 years of experience in the field of regulatory compliance and asset management. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) and Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Indore University, and is a certified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Additionally, she has obtained the NISM-Series-III-A: Securities Intermediaries Compliance (Non-Fund) Certification, further strengthening her regulatory expertise.
She began her professional journey with IIFL Capital Asset Management Limited, where she was actively involved in compliance functions for Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and Investment Advisory. During her tenure, she also served as the Compliance Officer for one of the Category II AIFs managed by IIFL.
Currently, Harshita has joined Roha Asset Management LLP, where she has been appointed as the Compliance Officer, overseeing the firm’s adherence to SEBI regulations and internal compliance frameworks.
Vaspar Mistry
Asst. Vice President – Sales & Distribution
Mr. Vaspar Mistry has completed his MBA in Finance from Welingkar Institute of Management, along with M.Com and B.Com from University of Mumbai. He was formerly with Nuvama Private working on the Private Wealth side dealing in Acquisition, Client Engagement and various other activities. Vaspar has also completed the NISM – PMS & MF Distribution exam. He is an integral part of the Sales & Distribution team of Roha Asset Managers LLP.
Kanchana Panicker
Human Resources & Administration
Kanchana Panicker had joined Roha Asset Managers as HR and Administration Manager in 2018. Prior to this stint, she got an experience of more than 35 years with the various organization across sectors like Finance, Pharmaceutical and other MNC. She carries rich expertise in fields of Administration, Human Resources, Secretarial, Customer Service, Finance and Corporate communication. Her prior stints also include the tenure of work of more than 25 years with Reliance Group and during the last phase of working with Reliance group, she was designated as Manager and was reporting to Group President-Corporate Development & Administration.
Ronak Mehta
Manager Finance & Operations
Mr. Ronak Mehta has a rich experience of more than 25 years in Banking and Finance. He was associated in the Banking Sector for the last 23 years. During his tenure, he has handled Assets and Liabilities products. He has also handled accounts and audits, Vendor payment management, Payroll, Reconciliations and Taxations. He served as a Single Contact Person in many third party products of the Bank. He has completed his Graduation in Commerce from Mumbai University and MBA (Finance) from Sikkim Manipal University.
Harsh Omprakash Sharma
Assistant Accounts & Finance
Mr. Harsh Omprakash Sharma had completed his Graduation from Mumbai University. He also completed CMA Intergroup-1 in the year 2022. He had done Course of Introduction of financial market from Coursera. Prior to joining Roha Asset Managers LLP, he was working with a Chartered Account Firm as an Account Assistant. Mr. Harsh Omprakash Sharma is joined with Roha Asset Managers LLP as Assistant – Accounts & Finance and has been an integral part of Back Office Team
